Email templates give you the possibility to define custom email templates that can be used in the workflow activities. The main benefit of the email templates is the ability to inject the properties of the tickets into their body or subject fields. You can use any Token of the Orchard such as {ContentItem.Id} in the Subject or Body fields of the Email Templates. Orchard.CRM.Core defines the following Tokens that can be used in the Email Templates too.

  • {EUser.Username}. Username of the email receiver
  • {EUser.Email}. Email of the receiver
  • {EUser.FullName}. Fullname of the receiver
  • {ETicket.Title}. Title of the ticket related to the email
  • {ETicket.Priority}. Priority of the ticket
  • {ETicket.DueDate} DueDate of the ticket
  • {ETicket.TicketType}. TicketType of the ticket
  • {ETicket.Status} Status of the ticket
  • {ETicket.RequestingUsername}. Username of the creator of the ticket
  • {ETicket.RequestingUserEmail}. Email of the creator person of the ticket
  • {ETicket.RequestingUserFullName}. Full name of the creator person of the ticket
  • {ETitlePart.Title}. Title of the TitlePart of the ContentItem
  • {EComment.CommentText}. CommentText of the CRMComment
