Version 1.2 is released
Version 1.2 includes two new features. First, it provides a UI to create new Ticket States, second, it includes an Activity Stream component. You can view the Activity Stream by adding the ActivityStreamPart to a ContentType. By default, the module adds it to the "Ticket Dashboard". Activity Stream represents interactions of users with the Ticketing system.
Version 1.1: Integration with IMAP Email Client
The module is now integrated with the IMAP Email Client, which means it can listen to an email server and create tickets for any received email. In order to configure the IMAP Email Client, please visit here. The module automatically created a workflow to handle received email. You can customize it to fit your requirements. The name of workflow is “Create Ticket For received Emails”.
IMAP Email Client Module
MAP Email client is an easy-to-use module for receiving electronic mails from an Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) server. It is a wrapper around the open source implementation of IMAP protocol written by Torben Könke (https://github.com/smiley22/S22.Imap). Read more about it here.

Orchard Collaboration 1.0 is just released!
